Standardize and improve upon existing onboarding processes through cross-functional project management with our internal finance, business operations, and partner analytics teams

Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required

At least 7+ years of experience in financial management, business analysis or accounting preferred

Create monthly tracking report for management digest and review

Create and manage various monthly financial report to track financial performance on our investments and resources

Enterprise Application experience a plus

Maintains a thorough understanding of BSA/AML requirements, OFAC Sanctions compliance, and fraud risk management especially in a FinTech setting

5+ years’ experience in a lead or management BSA role

Extensive experience in fraud risk management

Oversee and manage Finfare’s transactions monitoring and case management systems

Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
