Manage the execution of Techbridge Girls programs within partner sites (e.g., Ignite, Inspire, ChangeMakers).
Manage consultants and/or staff members.
Develop and support advanced training modules around gender and culturally relevant practices and equitable STEM education.
At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education, social work or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Practical understanding of adult learning theory and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing training for adults, preferably educators.
Experience working with young people and educators in schools, or as an external partner with school staff, Title 1 schools preferred.
