Manager Educator Jobs

Manage the execution of Techbridge Girls programs within partner sites (e.g., Ignite, Inspire, ChangeMakers).

Manage consultants and/or staff members.

Develop and support advanced training modules around gender and culturally relevant practices and equitable STEM education.

At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education, social work or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Practical understanding of adult learning theory and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing training for adults, preferably educators.

Experience working with young people and educators in schools, or as an external partner with school staff, Title 1 schools preferred.

Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities with strong ability to multi-task and to prioritize daily tasks.

Coordinate across teams to develop and manage a master IST communication calendar.

Ability to manage complex and fast-moving projects from start to finish.

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.

Strong verbal communication skills, both written and verbal, in succinctly explaining complex information in a reader-friendly way.

Experience using i-Ready as a teacher, coach, or leader, or supporting i-Ready implementations.

Scale your management across PTEs (~50) and Contractors (~300) through streamlined and effective onboarding and offboarding processes in a remote environment

Experience using intercultural competencies to inform decisions impacting team management and/or student experience

Experience delivering effective performance management feedback with compassion and care

3+ years experience as a manager or team lead

2+ years experience in education technology environment

Knowledge in adult learning; mentoring, teaching or counseling experience
