Overview The WW Manager of Continued Learning is responsible for developing and managing the continued learning program for the organization. This includes developing and delivering learning content, managing the learning platform, and providing support to learners. The WW Manager of Continued Learning will work closely with the Learning and Development team to ensure that the learning program meets the needs of the organization. Detailed Job Description

The WW Manager of Continued Learning will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and delivering learning content for the organization, including online courses, webinars, and other learning materials.
• Managing the learning platform, including the development of user accounts, tracking learner progress, and providing technical support.
• Working with the Learning and Development team to ensure that the learning program meets the needs of the organization.
• Developing and implementing strategies to promote the continued learning program.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the learning program and making recommendations for improvement.
• Working with other departments to ensure that the learning program is aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and partners.
