Prepare monthly and quarterly financial results presentations for CBAM management

Support management in completing special projects as assigned

Advanced knowledge of reporting and compliance requirements for an SEC registered investment advisor.

Experience in serving as a trusted finance and accounting advisor to business executives

Manage accounting operations for CBAM including monthly close, account reconciliations and ensuring compliance with US GAAP

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

4+ years of public accounting experience working on public Real Estate Investment Trusts, NTR experience a plus

Certified Public Accountant ("CPA") qualifications required

· 8+ years of public or a mixture of big 4 and private accounting experience

· Strong knowledge of IFRS and/ or US GAAP

Role (A full spec is available):

· Review all monthly accounting activities

· Coordinate with tax and auditor professionals

· Review and approve global T&E reimbursements

Business school (Ecole de Commerce, MBA…) with a major in Finance, Audit or Management Control

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in controlling in an industrial or high-tech environment

Internal Control on business process

English advanced and local language
