A Make Ready Technician is responsible for preparing rental units for new tenants. This includes cleaning, painting, minor repairs, and other tasks to ensure that the unit is ready for occupancy.

What is Make Ready Technician Skills Required?

• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner

What is Make Ready Technician Qualifications?
