Reports to Maintenance Manager and General Manager
Experienced with hand and electrical tools
Complete guest room work orders and preventative maintenance
Complete minor repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the public areas
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems throughout the hotel (HVAC/ Plumbing/ Electrical)
Check functionality of safety systems (fire alarms / smoke and CO detectors)
