Maintenance Tecnician Jobs

Prior experience as an apartment maintenance technician or similar role.

The job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Supervise and prepare units for new tenants in a timely manner

Electrical repairs and light fixture replacements

Carpentry repairs (cabinet and doors)

Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
