Overview The Maintenance Technician Weekend Shift is responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on a variety of equipment and systems. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Maintenance Technician Weekend Shift will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Detailed Job Description The Maintenance Technician Weekend Shift is responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on a variety of equipment and systems. This includes but is not limited to HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and other mechanical systems. The Maintenance Technician Weekend Shift will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and completing repairs. The Maintenance Technician Weekend Shift will also be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Job Skill Requirements• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in maintenance and repair work
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Job Experience
• Previous experience in maintenance and repair work
• Previous experience in a customer service role
Job Responsibilities
• Perform maintenance and repair work on a variety of equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in accordance with safety protocols and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Assist other technicians as needed
