Landscape Maintenance Supervisor (Central Valley)

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant coursework such as: Business, management, horticulture, or a related field
Experience and/or formal education in landscape and irrigation maintenance and installation, including subsurface drip irrigation preferred
Experience and/or formal education with landscape and irrigation system design is a plus
Perform such duties as meeting with Store Managers and maintenance contractors

Combination of a high school diploma and work experience in the landscape industry may suffice, including some lead supervisory experience

Detailed Job Description The Maintenance Technician Arbor Valley is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on the grounds and facilities of Arbor Valley. This includes general maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment, as well as preventive maintenance and emergency repairs. The Maintenance Technician is also responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order. Job Skills Required
