Some engineering experience including ability to create drawings, diagrams and schematics after analyzing data.
Coordinates and communicates with maintenance supervisor and manager daily on status of all work progress.
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a construction, maintenance, HVAC, repair, or similar industry.
Leads maintenance staff members in the field to execute maintenance of facility and equipment to ensure facilities needs are met.

This includes performing regular maintenance checks, troubleshooting and repairing any issues, and performing preventative maintenance. The team will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that all equipment is in good working order. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
