Overview Maintenance Officer I is responsible for the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems. They inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical systems, as well as perform preventive maintenance. They may also be responsible for ordering parts and supplies, and maintaining records of maintenance activities.
