Able to use computer programs Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).
May perform minor vertical construction and fabrication with wood, must be proficient in a variety of carpentry skills.
Good communication skills both written and verbal, and basic math skills a must.
Experience in industrial or commercial maintenance field with demonstrated preventative and corrective maintenance experience in material handling systems.
May perform hot-work and/or minor metal fabrication; must be proficient in operating cutting torches and various types of welding equipment.
Ability to grasp, bend, lift, or otherwise move items weighing up to 75 pounds.
