You will also be responsible for training and supervising a team of maintenance personnel, as well as developing and implementing maintenance policies and procedures. Overview The Maintenance Generalist Lead Mg08L is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for a variety of equipment and systems. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge and experience in order to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Detailed Job Description The Maintenance Generalist Lead Mg08L is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for a variety of equipment and systems. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. The Maintenance Generalist Lead Mg08L will also be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. Additionally, the Maintenance Generalist Lead Mg08L will be responsible for providing technical support to other maintenance personnel, as well as providing training and guidance to new personnel. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Knowledge of safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair
• Technical certification in a related field
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
