Maintenance Engineer Attendant Jobs

Associate demonstrates excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

Previous engineer/maintenance work experience or equivalent training is required.

Responds in a courteous and timely manner to all guests’ questions, complaints, or requests.

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Janitorial / Cleaning skills preferred

Light Equipment Maintenance skills preferred

Inspect and clean exterior services including but not limited to: air machine, ice merchandisers, propane cages, and vacuums.

Respond to fuel spills by using proper spill materials and disposal methods/li>

Restock supplies at fueling areas

Notify management of concerning needs for repairs.

Provide floor care services for carpet, tile, and wood floors, including vacuuming, extracting, etc.

Compact and remove trash and debris from community areas.

Report potentially unsafe conditions promptly to Supervisor.

Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in work performed.

May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

Supports Corporate Risk Management health and safety programs and associated employee/management training programs within OSHA and HIOSH requirements.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Supports and manages various Risk Management initiatives and programs as directed by the Corporate Risk Manager.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing all other duties as assigned by management.

Must be able to work independently and with all levels of management.

Capable and flexible to perform other duties as assigned by reporting manager.

Skilled in the use of hand and power tools

Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices

Strong organizational and follow up skills

Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment

Handle basic repairs and maintenance

Oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary

Executing any work orders for repairs.

Maintaining building pool, exterior and grounds.

Performing preventive maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
