Mailroom Coordinator I Jobs in Florida

Prior mailroom or mail clerk experience is required

Manage and organize the mailroom within a timely manner

Consistent data entry for all packaging information and new mailing accounts within internal systems.

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Excel, Google and Outlook

Consistently sort and deliver all interdepartmental mail

Completing any shipping and receiving needs

Excellent technical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written

Routine follow-up on Letters of Authority and/or Proof of Representation documents

Conditional payment case reporting and assigned case follow-up (obtain lien queue)

Responsible for sending out assigned CP $0 letters

Process mail through internal system (Packet Expert)
