Overview:

The Macomb Hockey Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Macomb Hockey program. This includes managing the team’s budget, scheduling, and coordinating with other departments to ensure the team’s success. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for recruiting and developing players, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve the team’s performance.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Macomb Hockey program, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with other departments
• Recruit and develop players
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the team’s performance
• Monitor team performance and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations
• Manage team travel and logistics
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the team’s success
• Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors and other stakeholders
• Manage team communications and media relations
• Prepare reports and presentations for management
