They must also be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to work in a team environment. Detailed Job Description The Machine Operator Trainee is responsible for learning the basics of operating and maintaining various types of machinery. This includes learning how to set up, operate, and troubleshoot the machinery, as well as understanding and following safety protocols. The Trainee must be able to read and interpret technical manuals, understand basic mechanical principles, and be able to work with minimal supervision. The Trainee must also be able to work in a team environment and be able to communicate effectively with other team members. Job Skills Required
