Process products through the automation equipment in accordance with scheduled need.
Keep automation equipment operating at optimal levels by providing product, picks and inventory in a timely manner.
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure continuous quality to a highly motivated production schedule.
Observe machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machines as necessary.
Make minor electrical and mechanical repairs and adjustments to machines and notify Process Technicians when major service is required.
Maintain production rates according to established standards.

Detailed Job Description Machine Maintenance Technicians are responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment in a manufacturing or industrial setting. They must be able to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems, as well as perform preventive maintenance and repairs. They must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. They must also be able to use a variety of hand and power tools, as well as welding and cutting equipment.
