Conduct thorough site inspections of the hotels with clients, exhibiting key features and benefits of the property

Knowledgeable of all VIP guests and communicates to the team all needs of the guests.

Curates a personalized and meaningful experience for the Suite, Individual and repeat guest.

Navigate through Consortia/Boutique Agencies industry contacts with knowledge of the market
