Management of paid media strategy and activation for the US Luxury division (Fragrance, Makeup & Skincare)

Management of a portfolio of brands; preferably Global brands

12+ years of Media experience – agency side, brand side or both

Experience with Beauty brands in the US market

Experience in a dynamic, matrix organization

Experience in growing strong partnerships with key digital players

2+ years marketing or project management experience, preferably in the tech/mobile industry

Manages the weekly cadence of communication and project management of all GTM activities in NA

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in project management and/or channel marketing

Strong presentation skills, experience presenting to key company stakeholders

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Responsible for implementing the Go to Market Strategy in NA, in partnership with the Sr Director of GTM NA

LinkedIn Posts & Ad Creation/Management:

Solid experience in building and managing marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Strong writing skills to create compelling and engaging content for newsletters, blogs, and LinkedIn posts.

Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships with leads, partners, and industry professionals.

Experience in managing newsletter distribution platforms and blogging platforms, such as MailChimp and WordPress.

Manage the submitting of compliance pre-approvals, and report status back to team members to run advertising.

Manage the events calendar to send invites to all stakeholders for each event.

Report OEM monthly expense to meet requirements of some OEMs.
