A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting is responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a long-term care facility. The LPN is responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing basic nursing care. The LPN is also responsible for providing education to patients and families about health care and medications.
