A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a nursing unit. They are responsible for ensuring that the unit is staffed with qualified personnel, that the unit is compliant with all applicable regulations, and that the unit is providing quality patient care.
