Partner with Sales Rep(s) on inventory management and building of proper inventory levels and sets to meet customer needs.

Identify the needs of new prospects, in conjunction with the assigned Sales Representative, and develop appropriate responses.

Prior experience or ability to use heavy-duty handheld and long-handled tools

6 + months of experience working on a rig based position for drilling contractor

Lift and place slips weighing approximately 150 pounds with another person frequently during the tour work shift

General upkeep of the rig and drilling floor; includes regular sweeping, shoveling, cleaning, painting, washing of equipment and related housekeeping duties

Use iron roughneck, slips, and tongs to properly handle and connect / break sections of drill pipe

Liaison to up to eight Councilors

Serves as Coordinator/Monitor for safety drill evacuations on second floor of tower

Assists assigned Councilors with coordination of group tours, etc.

Addresses and resolves constituent questions and/or complaints and collects information to ensure proper routing of said information before forwarding to Councilors.

Works with Councilors and Constituents Services Liaisons to implement action plans to address district-wide initiatives.

Provides verbal and/or written responses to municipal issues (after consultation with Councilors) and to requests by Councilors, constituents, and staff.

Manages or assists with the management of injury case management

Recruits, retains, and supervises projects based EH&S personnel to assist project teams with EH&S management, as needed

Provides oversight of subcontractor pre-qualification process and ensures the proper indoctrination of all subcontractor personnel

7+ years direct field industry experience

Certifications preferred; OSHA 500, OSHA 501, ASP, CSP, CSM, ect.

Tracks and maintains area incident trends and statistics

2+ years' experience in a Pharmacy Benefit Management or health plan operation.

Excellent facilitation and classroom management skills.

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Experience delivering classes face-to-face as well as remotely with the ability to engage the audience and have a high energy level.

Prefer candidates that have worked with California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), Fee for Service Medicaid and/or Managed Medicaid experience.

Provide PBM operational education and information to MCO contacts.
