Loss Control Specialist Jobs in Iowa

Monitors monthly usage data and notifies customers of excess usage.

Researches and assists with potential water conservation grants.

Represents the City at professional and industry group meetings.

Complies with safety work practices and attends relevant safety training.

Performs other duties as assigned.

ARE YOU READY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management (CSOWM) preferred or obtained within two (2) years of hire

Minimum two (2) years adult bariatric/weight loss surgery experience preferred

Prior experience with adult obesity preferred

Prior experience with group facilitation and individual counseling preferred

Hiring Remote and work on-site Employee. Must reside in Greater Puget Sound Region.

Knowledge of effective safety program management.

Knowledge of workers' compensation laws, policies and rules, as well as understanding of the principles of insurance and risk management.

Knowledge of the rating systems, methods of calculating experience modification factors and the elements of each formula.

Knowledge of the various core elements within the occupational safety and industrial hygiene process.

Knowledge of basic business financial principles to analyze cost effectiveness and return on investment of recommended solutions to hazards and exposures.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
