Motivate, direct and supervise personnel to effectively and efficiently accomplish their assigned duties through performance appraisals, reward, discipline, and management skills

Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) experience is highly desirable

Lead the planning of maintenance outages using effective time management principles

Experience supervising hourly personnel; strong leadership and motivational skills

Provide the Plant Manager with information concerning the availability and reliability of facility equipment

Assist Plant Manager in development and monitoring of plant budget, operating plan, and development of technicians

Extensive experience in facilities budget management, to include creating and managing annual Operating Expense (OPEX) budgets

Extensive knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and management of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Programs

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience and training

Familiar with various systems such as WCS, WMS, and PLC as well as basics of system architecture and large-scale project management

Minimum of 3 years leading a large-scale maintenance organization including managers, expert technicians and technical resources with various levels of expertise

Must have experience with creating, and managing annual Capital Expense (CAPEX) budgets, and project administration from concept to completion

5+ years management experience preferred

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are essential, and must be comfortable presenting to all levels of management;

Management Resolution of any escalations, delays or constraints affecting the Supply into or out of the market.

Monthly carrier meetings and KPI Management.

Strong Transport and Customs knowledge with previous experience

Good understand of Inventory Management and warehouse operations

·Experience with transportation management and broker boards

·Utilization of TMS (Transportation Management System)

·Experience in the logistics industry sufficient to make you able to manage operations

·Will manage and grow our brokerage business

·Manage Dispatch to deliver premier service to the customer as your daily goal

·Strong written and verbal skills

Possess experience in inventory management, parts research.

Support management in the review of parts usage and determine inventory levels needed to maintain systems.

Drive materials management process at each division's storeroom, including but not limited to:

Audit materials management process with regularly scheduled cycle counts on an annual basis at each division.

Support the following systems: RF-based warehouse management system. Manage spare parts labeling/barcoding system from a corporate standpoint.

Manage, monitor, and report on, but not limited to: Spare parts status across all locations
