Overview:

The Loft Outlet Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for customers. The Sales Associate will assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and process sales transactions. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for maintaining the store’s visual presentation and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Detailed Job Description:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions
• Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
• Maintain store visual presentation and ensure store is clean and organized
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory
• Assist with store promotions and special events
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures
