Previous customer service and restaurant experience is a plus.

Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and a fully engaged, service-minded attitude.

Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, accounting, engineering or related field OR 8 year's equivalent experience within a related field

Project Management certification or the ability to obtain certification, desired

Experience in the principles and fundamentals of Project Management, desired

Adhere to all requirements of the PMO Policy

Experience with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and company accounting practices, desired

Strong computer and use of business software skills required

Manages food cost, procurement, and controls waste.

Manages and controls labor, resources and materials to ensure quality, adequacy of supply, staffing levels and cost control within budgetary guidelines.

Drives patient and customer satisfaction and maintains client relationships through rounding.

Ensures compliance to food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards.

Responsible for scheduling and managing food service activities in compliance with Aramark Healthcare+ food service systems.

Utilize customer feedback to respond to customer/patient needs and to improve services
