Ten or more years of experience in both sales and management, preferably in a healthcare setting

Maintain relationship management database, which includes details on activation opportunities, key contacts and estimated audience reach

10+ years of relevant experience specifically commercial real estate project management.

Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) a plus.

Historical focus on Commercial Real Estate Project Management.

Experience leading and managing a team of project managers.

Each Local Hire is hired to a position within a Cadre based on his or her skills and experience.

Work within 23 different Cadres which are groups of personnel organized by operational function and FEMA Qualification System (FQS) position.

Assisting stakeholders in defining GIS product requests.

Conducting mitigation program delivery based research and preparing technical briefings to present findings.

Providing technical assistance on Hazard Mitigation Grant Programs and 406 Mitigation projects.

Evaluating technical reports and GIS products to assess vulnerability and risks.

Position requires strong time-management, organizational and analytical skills, resourcefulness, motivation, strong business acumen and the ability to self-manage.

Operates as a liaison between dealers/operators/dealerships/company management regarding operational, financial and inventory concerns. Communicates relevant performance and operational news.

Coordinates reservation coverage with Inventory Management team.

Proficient Computer skills, Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point skills. Prior experience working with operations performance software a plus.
