Must be registered with the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse (full query to be run prior to road test; if applicable)

Paid vacation after one (1) year (retain vacation date if coming from another mail carrier)

Internal transfer program after 30 days

$500 referral bonus (paid after referred driver is hired and completes one trip)

Experience from the sanitation industry is strongly preferred

Transfer refuse in a timely and safe manner from customer stops to vehicle.

Assist the driver while maneuvering into positions for collection and disposal

Maintain and partake in daily clean-up of vehicle

Learn garbage routes to better assist driver

Attend all required training, operational meetings, and mandatory monthly Safety Meetings

Minimum six months specific experience which will demonstrate knowledge required to perform requirements of position.

Minimum six months general experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance

**Earn $22.58 hourly. This is an opportunity in support to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

**Earn an additional hourly rate up to $4.23 per hour in unused Health and Welfare monies

Hook and unhook trailers from tractor cranking lever to raise and lower landing gear on semi-trailers.

Check shipping paperwork to determine the nature of the load

Drive the truck to and from its destination in accordance with Federal and State regulations along with complying with company policies.
