Overview Local CDL Drivers are responsible for transporting goods and materials to and from local destinations. They must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and be knowledgeable of local roadways and traffic laws. Local CDL Drivers must be able to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, and box trucks. Detailed Job Description Local CDL Drivers are responsible for safely transporting goods and materials to and from local destinations. They must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and be knowledgeable of local roadways and traffic laws. Local CDL Drivers must be able to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, and box trucks.
