Overview The Lobby Ambassador Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lobby area, ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and excellent service. The Lobby Ambassador Supervisor is also responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the Lobby Ambassadors, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Detailed Job Description The Lobby Ambassador Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lobby area, ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and excellent service. The Lobby Ambassador Supervisor is also responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the Lobby Ambassadors, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Lobby Ambassador Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring the lobby area for any safety or security issues, and for responding to any customer complaints or inquiries. The Lobby Ambassador Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring that all Lobby Ambassadors are properly trained and knowledgeable about the hotel’s policies and procedures. Job Skills Required

• Ensure that all Lobby Ambassadors are properly trained and knowledgeable about the hotel’s policies and procedures
• Greet guests and provide them with information about the hotel and local area attractions and amenities
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Ensure that the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
