Lng Maintenance Technician Jobs in Iowa

Must possess adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)

Experience supervising technical, supervisory and hourly personnel; strong leadership and motivational skills required.

Responsible for ensuring that all plant personnel and plant objectives are in alignment with client requirements

Manage and oversee the planning, budgeting contracting, and performance of planned and unplanned plant outages

Implement training and qualification programs to ensure that plant procedures are understood and properly followed by all plant personnel

Conduct periodic reviews of plant policies and procedures to ensure that they reflect current plant operating requirements
