The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $25.55 per hour.***

Strong skills with Python and experience with technologies like LLMs, BERT transformers and relevant NLP libraries ( NLTK, spaCy etc)

Hands-on experience with popular ML frameworks (like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).

Recently completing a Ph.D. in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc., or have equivalent research experience

Excellent knowledge of theory and practice of LLM and foundation model, as well as deep learning

Excellent programming skills in some rapid prototyping environment such as Python; C++ and parallel programming (e.g., CUDA) is a plus

Knowledge of common machine learning frameworks, such as PyTorch

Research, design and implement novel large language model and foundation models

Collaborate with other team members and teams

5+ years of experience in an applied research role

Ph.D. or equivalent experience in training LLMs

Years of experience needed –

·5+ years of industry experience with strong ML fundamentals

·Experience in Machine Learning, with a particular emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.

·Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·Strong programming skills in Python, C and C++

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fine-tuning existing foundation models, developing new models, and offering them as APIs.

Offer models as APIs for consumption by other tools and services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of the language model and plugin.

Strong knowledge of machine learning (Client) techniques and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Karas.

Experience in medical text annotation is a plus

Excellent communication, analytical and with good reasoning skills

Building the gold data set around each of the area above for training and testing machine learning models

Verifying and correcting pre-annotated text data

Providing feedback for improvement to existing tools for better accuracy and quality of deep learning models

Contributing to workflow process improvements

● Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing technical teams

● Recruit, mentor, and manage a LLM team of researchers and engineers

● Deep personal engineering experience in building LLMs from scratch

● 8+ years of work experience and understanding of machine learning, NLP, and AI

● Proficient in data processing and analysis skills, able to handle and analyze large-scale complex datasets

● Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely

Up to date knowledge of USA culture and News is a bonus

Collaborate with cross functional teams, including client engineering team, product managers, to improve overall quality of language model

Writing Skills: Strong ability to write long, clear, concise, and engaging answers in various formats, tones, and styles.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing prompt responses, usage data to identify areas of improvements.

Excellent Problem-solving abilities, strong logical analytics

Any certification in linguist or Creative Writing or AIML is a bonus
