Live Operations Lead Jobs in Arkansas

Experience with game analytics, product management, performance marketing, and/or live operating games - a plus

Coordinate and manage in-game communication, working with the Marketing & Community teams

Monitor engagement and performance to achieve high impact player experience

A deep interest in web3 communities, technologies and game experiences

Skilled in proactively identifying risks and making changes to the plan when necessary with an appropriate sense of urgency

Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, excellent communicator and presenter

Prior experience using content management systems, Jira, Google Docs and Slack

Strong knowledge with both live and VOD streaming

Prior experience using Mac, Windows, various browsers, iOS, Android mobile, Roku, FireTV, Android TV, and Apple TV (tvOS)

Familiarity with Amagi or similar scheduling tool

A background in digital streaming and/or broadcast platforms

Self-motivated and able to work with and take direction from multiple teams
