Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, peers and managers

Provide client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans and skillfully perform treatments tailored to each client’s needs and objectives

Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations

Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered at the company

2+ years of aesthetician experience desired

Social Media experience a plus

Excellent sales and closing skills, with ability to approach patients in an educational manner.

Drives sales, revenue growth and patient growth through appropriate patients treatment and retail recommendations and education.

Maintains current knowledge of all retail products.

Remains knowledgeable of and able to perform all assigned spa treatments.

Superior skin care and product knowledge.

Excellent English oral and written communication skills.

· Medical CRM/Zenoti experience is a plus.

·Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

·Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
