Licensing Partnerships Coordinator Jobs in California

Highly organized with strong follow-through and time management skills

Support team in managing licensing portfolio and day-to-day responsibilities

Manage all artwork submissions and product approvals from concept to distribution

Project manage tradeshows, client meetings, and integrations

BA/BS or equivalent experience required

Preferably 2-3 years of licensor product approval experience

Minimum of 2 years professional experience in a medical office/healthcare setting

Have exceptional time management skills and are known for your excellent verbal and written communication.

Have knowledge of the AI and education landscape (preferred).

Excel in managing multiple projects and logistics, and you're experienced in content creation, from press releases to blog posts.

Are proficient in using CRM tools, managing data workflows with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Are passionate about education, technology, and social impact (preferred).
