What is Licensed Practical Nurse Dayshift Responsibilities?

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising nurse
• Maintain patient records and document all care provided
• Assist with patient admissions and discharges
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
