They must be able to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. They must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems, and be able to make repairs and adjustments as needed. They must be able to install new fixtures, pipes, and other components, as well as perform maintenance and repairs on existing systems.
