Licensed Nurse Assistant Jobs

Responsible for schedule management and patient follow-up.

Perform other related duties as directed by the Dental Lead or Clinic Management Team.

Responsible for knowledge and performance of clinical emergency procedures.

Must be a registered dental assistant in the state of Minnesota.

Proven ability to perform as a part of a team composed of dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants and clerical staff.

Must have good visual acuity and hand-eye coordination.

Understands and appropriately documents on the 24 hour communication reports.

Understands the resident alert status and documents appropriately in the resident’s record.

Maintains confidentiality with resident and fellow employee’s information.

Notifies Resident Care Coordinator /Executive Director/HSD of resident changes of condition.

Assists with monthly medication records as needed.

Successful completion of a NH State approved nursing assistant course or its equivalent along with 1 plus years experience.

The assistant must be supportive of the rehabilitation process.

The LNA is accountable to perform in accordance with hospital policies/procedures

Assist in treatment of a variety of complex treatment diagnosis in a short term rehabilitation hospital.

New Hampshire State Regulations and the Nurse Practice Act and Rehabilitation Standards of Care.

Licensed as a nursing assistant in the State of New Hampshire
