Completion of a Bachelor of Science in electronics or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Knowledge and experience of networking and computer operating systems is required.

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Healthcare Management Experience

Achieve below budget management in operating and capital

Create management goals that align with department and UIHC strategic plan

Monitors daily HVAC and electrical operations that meet patient, building and occupant needs and requirements

Ensures infection control practices during daily and project operations are compliant with regulatory and epidemiology department requirements and expectations.

Contribute, advise, and monitor operating and capital project budgets

Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures

Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, windows, cleaning, moving furniture and equipment etc..

Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment

Use proper PPE where required

Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required.

Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
