Legal Counsel For Us Based Crypto Company Jobs

5+ years of project management experience, including managing budgets over $500,000

The position is US based remote, though a Twin Cities based contractor is preferable.

Proven experience in production and procurement management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of production and procurement processes, including production planning, inventory management, and supplier management.

Identify and qualify suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.

Prepare monthly financial statements according to GAAP and provide financial updates to senior management by analyzing and reporting financial data.

Manage and monitor all accounts, general ledger and reporting systems ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Implement revenue recognition procedures (SaaS & hard goods) and other GAAP requirements (e.g., software capitalization).

Coordinate and manage all external audits (e.g., financial and governmental).

5 years of experience as a Controller or Senior Accountant is required.

Must have experience and proficiency with ASC 606 compliance and SaaS revenue recognition principles.

A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Production and Quality Manager or in similar roles is a must.

Solid experience in factory production and quality processes in the intimate apparel industry or at least the apparel industry.

Experience leading teams overseas is a must. If the teams are based in China is a plus.

Solid experience related to Quality procedures and Continuous improvement in a factory environment is a must.

Production & Quality Sr. Manager

Work collaboratively with company management, colleagues, and various business units to support corporate activities.

Provide risk management and mitigation counseling.

Coordinate with the General Counsel and legal team to manage legal risk and Company strategy.

3 to 10 years of experience in a leading law firm and/or in-house experience in the financial services industry.

Conduct research on applicable U.S. securities law issues, including the company's trading and custodial activities.

Conduct research on regulatory compliance matters, including those related to securities and money transmission U.S laws.
