Lease Purchase Jobs in District of Columbia

Experience in commercial real estate including retail or mixed-use properties is preferred.

Working knowledge of Yardi is strongly preferred.

Accurately discern and abstract lease documents, ensuring administrative and financial deal terms are accurately represented in Yardi, the system of record.

Review and approve of clause abstractions processed by outsource partners.

Assist in managing the document execution (DocuSign) and deal flow process.

Assist with the monthly rent roll validation.
