Overview A Lease Processor is responsible for processing and managing all aspects of the leasing process. This includes preparing and reviewing lease documents, negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Lease Processor is also responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing customer service to tenants and landlords. Detailed Job DescriptionThe Lease Processor is responsible for the following tasks:
• Reviewing and preparing lease documents, including rental agreements, lease amendments, and other related documents.
• Negotiating terms and conditions of leases with tenants and landlords.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records of all lease documents.
• Providing customer service to tenants and landlords.
• Resolving disputes between tenants and landlords.
• Assisting with the collection of rent payments.
• Preparing reports and other documents as needed.
Job Skills Required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in leasing or property management.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Experience
• 2+ years of experience in leasing or property management.
• Experience in customer service and dispute resolution.
