Partners with Facility management to provide surrender, go dark and other critical lease requirements for lease
Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize and adapt to change a must
Builds and manages solid, effective working relationships with landlords, tenants, vendors, property owners, customers, business lines and real estate partners
Prepares and delivers Estoppels, Subordination and Non-Disturbance Agreements in accordance with lease delivery requirements
Interprets and explains complex lease language/requirements. Escalates as necessary
Processes and collects TI allowances and construction reimbursements in accordance with requirements of the lease
