• Oversee the leasing process, including negotiating and drafting lease agreements, reviewing and approving lease documents, and ensuring compliance with lease terms.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the lease administration team, including setting goals and objectives, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the lease administration process.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and conditions to ensure the company is taking advantage of the best leasing opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all lease agreements and ensure timely payment of rent and other obligations.
• Work with other departments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to the lease administration team.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
