Assist Region Leadership teams in assessing and elevating Operations management through people visits, development programs, and meetings.
Provide mentorship programs to assist in further developing both high performing and low performing Operations management.
Attend Operations meetings (Area, Regional, Zone) and conduct store visits to provide leadership training for Operations management.
Support the career growth and development of store level managers through store visits, people assessment and mentorship.

Detailed Job Description The Learning Innovation Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing innovative learning initiatives that support the organization’s learning and development goals. This role requires a combination of technical and instructional design skills, as well as a passion for creating engaging learning experiences. The Learning Innovation Specialist will work closely with the Learning and Development team to develop and implement innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of the organization. The Learning Innovation Specialist will be responsible for researching and evaluating new technologies and tools, creating and maintaining learning content, and providing support and guidance to learners.
