Leadership Recruiter Jobs

Must have excellent project and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Manages open job requisitions in iCIMS for non-exempt corporate professional and property leadership roles. May manage other open requisitions as needed.

Meets established KPi (key performance indicators) and goals assigned by Manager.

Develops, implements, and executes sourcing strategies for open roles. Makes recommendations to Manager to improve strategies.

Creates job offers and negotiates offers

Manages phone interview schedules, schedules onsite interviews, and assess candidates according to hiring criteria.

Negotiate and close job offers

5+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing talent in the food industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Source and recruit qualified candidates for leadership positions in the food industry

Screen candidates and conduct interviews

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the food industry
