Training/Assisting at $17 per hour, Head Coaching starting at $20 per hour

After Level 1, coaches make up to $30 per 30-50 min session

Possess computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and knowledge of streaming services or other technology to support programs).

Knowledgeable and proficient with current technology (streaming services, Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, etc.)

Experience in planning and providing health and wellness activities for older adults preferred.

Meet with residents and program members to determine past and current interests and hobbies.

Coordinate special events for residents and members.

Ensure physical set up of all activities/programs, call to remind residents to attend, facilitate/attend programs and clean up afterwards.

Assists the Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, organize, develop, implement and direct the activity program for residents in the facility.

Maintain a service-oriented approach with all internal and external customers in a manner which promotes customer satisfaction.

Three years teaching (K-12) and/or three to five years program management experience (youth enrichment or academic programming preferred.)

At least 3 year management experience.

Maintain clear and consistent communications with enrichment manager and specialized instructors

Manage payment of vendors and independent contractors as well as approve and manage timekeeping for enrichment staff

Develop and manage clear communications pipeline between arc and specialized instructors

Provide a physically and emotionally safe and supportive environment for education, cooperation, and fun

5+ years of clinical research experience required, including at least 2 years experience in clinical trial management

Track and manage all documents via a global website and database for the Global Scientific Affairs team

Managed Investigator Initiated Studies Program from study initiation to study completion.

Managed Global Scientific Affairs budget and reported financial status monthly.

Will require strong Power Point and Excel experience and the flexibility to travel on occasion.

Experience in managing all trial components (start-up to database lock) preferred
