They are also responsible for monitoring security systems, responding to security incidents, and providing guidance and support to other security personnel. Detailed Job Description The Lead Senior Security Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing security solutions to protect an organization’s data, systems, and networks. This includes developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and standards; monitoring security systems; responding to security incidents; and providing guidance and support to other security personnel. The Lead Senior Security Engineer is also responsible for researching and evaluating new security technologies and solutions, and for staying up-to-date on the latest security trends and threats.
