Lead Planner Jobs

Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A) in Interior Design, Facilities Management, or a related field;

Exhibits excellent communication skills with customers, management, office personnel, and fellow employees.

Meets with key stakeholders in all business units to evaluate workspace requirements; develops and manages projects to revise workspaces as required.

Able to take direction from management

Works with Facilities Managers and/or Facilities Director to determine project scope and establish a budget for the impacted organization.

Designs and manage all drawings from the first proposal to the final set of "as built" plans

Essential Education and Job Requirements:

Develop and manage integrated team.

High school diploma or equivalent with significant site experience

Minimum of 10 years of operations experience preference offshore operating facility or onshore plant via senior technician

Experience in leading and development of team members from both personal development as well as business capability deployment

Strong technical knowledge within operations and tactical understanding of operational deliverables in a site constrained area

1 or more years of experience in Supply Management

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or equivalent related work experience

1 or more years of experience using SAP

Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution

1 or more years of experience in Indirect Materials & Services

Data & analytics experience using tools such as Power BI and Tableau

Expert knowledge of engineering, project management concepts, tools and techniques

Strong EVM (Earned Value Management) experience, reporting and metrics

15 years experience in Project Scheduling with Primavera P6

Experience producing project schedules on several major critical infrastructure projects

Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to present data and reports to internal and external stakeholders

LinkedIn and Facebook campaign manager experience

Commercial / financial management and reconciliation

Strong organization skills and proficient in measuring and reporting results

Good understanding of content syndication and lead processing

Robust understanding of paid search

Build integrated global media plans, conduct media research & build media flow documents
